At the time it was built - in the beginning of 20th century - the railway station of Haapsalu was famous for the longest covered platform in Europe. Romantic wooden architecture rich in details and nostalgic aura of years gone by are holding the fame today. Also here is the home of Estonian Railway Museum - with indoor as well as outdoor exposition.
